Once at Madrid Airport, and after going through customs and having picked up your luggage,
please call us toll free at 900 713 583 from any public phone at the airport to let us know you are there.
Your pick-up will take place at the BUS HOTEL stop outside the arrivals terminal exit at the following spots:

Terminal 1, 50 meters (150 feet) right from nearest exit from Arrivals Lounge number 2, across the street.
Terminal 2, across the street from the nearest exit from Arrivals Lounge number 5.
Again, should you have any problem in locating those pick-up spots or our vehicles,
please do not leave without calling us to our offices at 900 713 583, toll free
from any public phone at the airport.
Please note that we would charge your credit card in case of unreported no shows or cancellations
either at the airport or hotel/address.
